how long will players keep using warmog on Soraka?

Its just terrible even in high plat to diamond i still see Sorakas with Warmog and full hp build....4k hp Soraka, literally every item with hp and lack of offensive utility stats . How limited you gotta be to use that build. 4k Hp Soraka, with every heal healing your target for base amount and hurting you with 400 hp, you dont even need the enemy to hit you, you do the job yourself. How are you supposed to recover yourself? Your Q is barely doing anything and lack of armor and resistance makes your effective health terrible. Just get and your effective health is high enough plus you are death ensured. Now all you need is things like to raise ur healing power and your own recover ability
