I cannot stand it when people refuse to admit they are wrong. Riot...

Does Riot realize how much respect they would get and how much the player base' morale would increase if they actually admitted they are wrong about Dynamic Queue and moved forward with releasing a Solo queue system? No...because they would rather ignore logic and hold on to their precious flawed Dynamic Queue because we can play with friends in ranked omg taste the rainbow for no good reason.

There is no reason that we can't have pure Solo Queue for ranked and Dynamic Queue for normals. Not a single reason backed by logic.

WE WANT SOLO QUEUE. DYNAMIC QUEUE MAKES ME UNHAPPY WITH THE GAME.

What makes you think the player base's morale on the whole has decreased as a result of Dynamic Queue? I hope it's not the boards: we represent a fraction of a percent of League's playerbase.

we represent a fraction of a percent of League's playerbase.

This alone isn't necessarily a reason to discredit the findings, though. Drug trials are run on a much smaller percent of the given population.

But drug trials are also run on a randomized sample that represents all portions of the population faithfully, and the boards population isn't even close to that. It's a self-selected group of the hundredth of a percent of League players who care about the community the most.

If it's random, how can we be sure that it represents the population faithfully? They do statistics, that's how! Point being someone could do statistics on the League peeps to determine how adequate the size is.

I'm not saying it is or isn't representative. I'm just saying that it being a small sample does not make that determinant alone.

Right, and I'm saying that it's also an incredibly flawed sample for a bunch of other reasons.

I'm not disagreeing with that.

Riot is full of professionals hired to do their job. Everyone working at Riot ATM was picked over hundreds of other people for that job position.

The public makes people like Justin Beiber popular.

I wouldn't call ignoring a vocal public illogical. Sometimes it's for the best.

In the case of queue systems: putting everyone in 1 standard queue makes things more efficient with wait times and allows matches to be more even. With solo vs. dynamic: LoL is a team game that rewards teamwork and is about 1 team vs. another team. A team game you have to play by yourself is kind of awkward.

It IS fun to play with friends in ranked, however, it becomes unfun when the other team is a full solo/duo team that get stomped by a skype call quad premade.
