Add Catalyst back to GLP

Before, it was a very niche item.

AurelionSol Karthus and old Swain were basically the only ones who bought it. I figure it would have also been good on Singed Anivia, though I neither tried it myself or saw anybody else trying it.

It was rather elegant.

All those champions need health. GLP gave both flat HP and HP regen via Eternity procs on the continuous mana costs these champions have.

All those champions need mana. GLP gave both flat mana and mana regen via Eternity whenever they took damage.

All those champions need a little help keeping enemies in place. GLP had a rather good slow.

By removing Catalyst from GLP, you've removed 2/3 of the reason for buying it in exchange for a lost chapter. The only one of the above champions who actually wants a lost chapter would be Anivia, but you simultaneously made it so that she'd have to choose between GLP and Seraphs.

By removing Catalyst, you took GLP from an item than 3-5 champions use to an item 0 champions use.

The best part is the changes they made to the item were straight up nerfs to an item that ~3 champions consistently built. Either full revert the item or find a way to put health back into it, I think if you swapped protobelt and glp build paths it would be healthier for both items. Protobelt is seen mostly as a waveclear/burst item with some hp on it, but technically it fits in the lost chapter item line along with ludens and tear. I think glp is more of a pick/skirmish item and deserves hp of some sort on it.
