I have a question for Riot. Will Ezreal receive a VGU with his W or is it just going to be a VU?

Ezreal's model looks really outdated and it's even worse for PFE who seriously doesn't look like an ultimate skin until lvl 16 anymore. I know he's not in the worst of spot for an Update, but he could use some love.

Since Ezreal has been confirmed for a Visual Update a few years ago, is it still going to be JUST a Visual Update, or he might receive some Gameplay changes as well (maybe to his W who really feels lackluster at the moment)?

Would be really nice if a Rioter could answer me! :)

I don't think it would ever be a good idea to rework his W. People complain that it feels weak, so a new W would be a power buff to his kit, meaning that he'd need a power nerf somewhere else, and every other part of his kit is way more iconic to Ezreal being Ezreal so it would hurt his distinctness.

Just accept that one of his skills is a little lackluster so he can have such an interesting Q combined with his mobility.
