Lee is just garbage out of nowere

Well to be honest garbage is a tuff word but compared to others he is preety useless.All of your mobility exept engaging is in hes wardjump.As we all know recently they got the support item that gives you wards out so hes preety much donzo unless you buy 1 pink or 2 every time you are looking for a play.tbh i can already see people that say that he is still viable and maybe yes but all i ask is do something on hes to be just a dash that casts to nothing and giving shield to whom you pass by,before you think that would be overpowered think about the fact that we have a champion that has infinite dashes as long as he has enemies around him ,a champion that has infinite dashes as long there is a wall near him,dash resests over dash resets and dash cd's reduction,sincerely i can go on and on.

TL;DR Lee is preety much boring right now,give him a new w because as long theres clearly there wont be a problem if he can have a non targeted w for hes flashy plays
