Shen rework reasons!

Well as the title says i will bring up reasons that make shen a must rework champ.I also think this is going to be my last discussion on this topic.Well here we go 1.I think he is the only balanced champ on top,we have darius,mao,pantheon,garen and many more who are op in someway...(yes i know about shen ult but more than dat what can he do?a 1.5 sec taunt in teamfights?a heal that heals 1%of your hp?A 220 SHIELD?im saying its nothing compared to what other toplaners does in teamfights now,look at sion he does a hell lot of cc,compared to him shen is nothing in teamfights) 2.As he is a ninja,make him more mobile.If he is the protecting eye of the twilight that doesn't mean he should so imobile(for a ninja).(maybe a cd and cost reduction on e?or a cd reset,not taunting the second time) 3.He is a complete ninja!talks walks looks thinks like one,when i first looked at him as the splashart(me being a noob,and a still big ninjalike things fan) 4.He is an iconic ninja.the way he dresses and talks,is the way a ninja talks(zed,akali?they look and talk like they are assasins,not ninjas) 5.As hes rival,zed,has a complex mechanic why dont he has one?i would love to see a mechanical fight between 2 rivals. 6.All the players(well almost all) buy him for looking as an iconic ninja(or a mortal kombat caracter)yet you get to play as a tank. 7.I know theres gankplank theres poppy,theres mundo who is needing a rework,but they all are doing fine as power. 8.He trained with zed alot,and he has been equal to him,before the shadows event...

Well you can make him trow shurikens after marking with q for percent dmg?Or make him a second e after it taunted?Or make him invisible wile hes shiled is on? The last thing i wanna say is that he is my favourite champ and i own a skin on him and i like him only because hes theme,even if im s4 i play alot with my friends and i matchup very often with plats.
