Veigar's Passive is one of the most boring and least interactive Passive out there...

It's up there with Heimer's Passive even. It's a Passive that could EASILY be done out with some simple adjustments to mana/regen/mana costs.

You had the perfect chance to make it more interesting, and..........YOU LEFT IT AS IS?!

(on the bright side, the Q and stun changes are definitely welcome)

Those stun changes are gonna hurt. Pretty sure that one hasn't hit the mark just yet, though the general idea of making it less reliable is okay to a certain degree.

It's gonna hurt yeah, but whether he was OP or UP, being an INSTANT stun was kinda bs, especially from it's max range.

It takes skill to master, true, but to the opponent, going up against a Veigar who mastered the stun was nothing short of unfair. Even if a grand total of like, 3 people in all of LoL mastered it.

It needed some form of dodgeability.

And also yeah, this screws him over against Assassins. But it makes him fair against other mid-ranged mages. And do you really think the issue is Veigar when he gets screwed by Assassins? Or is it Assassins themselves?
