New Ryze is fucking amazing.
He's a bit on the strong side right now. (His Q can do like 800+ late game on a fluxed target). But his kit seems so much more smooth.

It's pretty easy. They just over-complicated it. Start with Q. Always. Then do E Q W Q E Q repeat. This is for maximum damage. For CC and tankiness, do Q then E W Q. Very little damage but It's okay i guess. I'm still inexperienced so idk if this is best, but it seems to be working well.
