@Riot Reinboom about Abby Spec upcoming changes

I saw the post about the changes to Abbysal Spectre and how you guys are gonna make changes similar to black clever for it to be a better pick up on AP Fighters/Tanks. I think a nice solution to that would be making the item build from Fiendish Codex, and Spectral Cowl. This allows the item to give nice Health, MR (plus the regen portion) and giving it decent amount of AP + CDR (which helps the fighter/tank damage rotations).

So the stats in total would possibly be 350-400 HP. 45-50 MR, 50 AP, 15%-20% cdr, while having the regen passive and the aura reduction passive. Now I'm not exactly good with the numbers, nor do I want to suggest a price, but just giving basics on what I believe would be the best route to go with this item; as it gives Good health bonus, honest MR and AP, and decent CDR to help the Fighters/Tanks keep up with their ability usage, while retaining the sustain from Cowl.
