You are more likely to be hit by lightning on a sunny day than landing an allied ADC who actually reads this.
Your post is not a PSA, your post is not accurate, and your post probably most likely belongs in Rant because you are obviously angry about something.

If you are losing whenever someone picks Jhin then you are likely the cause of your losses.
I don't think Jhin is that bad. He has decent utility and decent damage. He really sucks with enchanters though, more than the normal adc does. He has good enough DPS, that he's not a pick like senna where you can straight up lose your team the game from champ select.
You know as a support player myself I hate playing with 
or even 
ADC, but I never say to them to switch or not play that. I prefer to play with 
over since Jhin is actually a viable pick, he's not the best DPS ADC right now, but still he is strong.
Fun fact: We dont all just select the most broken meta champ. At least until Senna`s release jhin was one of the most unique and fun ADCs in the game and was always average in terms of strength
Jhin's not like the other ADCs. You have to be careful with positioning, playing strategically and working as a team. He's certainly not shit tier. With the right runes and equipment, he does a lot of damage. Just don't expect him getting right in the middle of a fight. He's a sniper for a reason.
