Since these pre-season patch came , along with the new runes , tanks became disgustingly uncounterable

15% max health on his w. it was barely noticable when it was 15% current health.

i agree that its a bit excessive, and should be reduced to 10%. this value seems to work for Sion pretty well.

Because without it he has about a 45% winrate as I recall.

IMO I think he does damage if he gets close to you. How he gets close to you is balanced.

Cause they're buffing him until he gets played in the LCS. Then, to the dumpster!
