Riot, MAN THE **** UP

Rito, in order for us to put you with the big players in the gaming world, then you need to provide to your supporting staff (the players) a half fliipin decent client. We shouldn't have to deal with login times that lasts 20+ minutes. We shouldn't have to worry about random days of whether we'll connect to game or not. We shouldn't have to worry about ending a game and the post-game section never loading. These countless irritating bugs that apply to your so called client have become such a problem. This past weekend, across all game modes whether it be ranked or Hex-a-kill, I never seen so many AFKS and/or DCs then seeing post game, that little exclamation mark in the diamond explaining the new "Issue of the day". The fact that we not only have to battle our opponent, but the game server/client as well should make you feel embarrassed. FIGURE IT THE **** OUT.

ive only had one or two games with the second game being today in the past like month where i had bad sever or some fucked up game. maybe its just your internet provider? lol

I'm not having any issues in terms of DC/AFK. But tonight for example, the login queue is 20+ minutes out of the blue. This BS seems to happen every month practically. But countless times the post game stats dont work, and I personally dont know why so many people were AFK today, maybe just a bad day. But the fact that riot has had there little exclamation point diamond up, like all weekend says something.

i have a 2 minute que and i just relogged? i mean do i see you running a sever with hunders of thousands to millions of people in perfect order? no. if they afk and its during agame and its happening often you get the game as no loss of points. sothefact that you had that many people dcing/afking its just the other players. i havent had many dc's besides one game but EVERYONE dced and came back. ive only seen it bad once. in the past month. and of course its going to happen. people are assholes and are always trying to hack the game and they have patches very often so new update = bugs/assholes trying to break the game. but eh. guess you dont realise that. it used to be hell on EUW

I don't realize it? What I do realize is you can go play World of Tanks, or DOTA 2, or Counter-Strike, or Hearthstone, and probably the list goes on without a single issue for an entire year. I do realize that being a gamer, the client is by far the most frustrating. So, seeing I can play any other game without the slightest hiccup, that says something on Riots side. Now, you can be the lover boy of Riot and come to their defense which is fine, and say I am lying about everything which is also fine, I just don't know at the end of the day, this client blows.

World of tanks had a few this year, i dont know about dota2 since i dont playit, counter strike had some end of last year, middle of the year, and early feb this year i believe.you also have to remember the player base isnt as high as league of legends atm. they were kings but now league took over a lot. i actually dislike a lot of what riot does but to blame them for your dc's is dumb. ive seen their client turn off rank. it didnt even fully go down. but i guss counter arguments is being a "loverboy" theirs no point in arguing with you. but eh. played since season 1 and it was a lot worse back then but to complain about it going down once or twice when it has one of the biggiest player base currently is dumb. if you are so great you should work for them :)

In terms of your "great" comment, glad you pulled that out of nowhere. I, personally, don't know anything about servers and networking and etc. That's why I'm in the chemical industry as a chemist. I know chemistry. However, the main reason people play league can be attributed to ranked play. Obviously, URF challenges that when it is up, but ranked takes the cake. So, whatever, their whole client is down. It should never be. But the main driving force, being down monthly or bi-monthly is a cause of concern. In the addition, I don't play WoT as much anymore but was a fanatic last year, in the countless days I played, never had lag issues or matches were "never available" due to instability. In addition, I believe WoT has the record for most players on simultaneously on one server, so I know the player base is competitive to League.

If you take 20 minutes to log in on the average then you need a new PC or internet provider altogether

Explain why ranked queues are down right now.

Because Riot disabled them since people were getting absurdly low lp gains when they won. They saw that the lp losses were way too much for the win gains and disabled ranked until they fixed it. Probably an MMR problem and probably stemming from DynaQ premades.

TL;DR Ranked is disabled for maintenance reasons so pretentious twats like you don't get fucked with ridiculously low lp gains and huge lp losses that keep you in the bronze you probably deserve.

You sir, should probably step outside and take a deep breath. There's more to life. You don't need to insult people on a game forum. I was voicing my opinion on the instability of the client. No need for super saltiness. Enjoy your day.

We call that having server issues, and it's quite normal for a company as big as Rito. it's also quite rare for events like this to happen

The fuck? It happened like a month and a half ago, if that, and no it isn't normal for a company as big as Rito to have an incredibly incompetently-designed client.

The tech people at Riot are the most boosted animals I've ever heard of. I mean, look at this garbage ass forum. It's terrible.
