Please add an Amplifying Tome to Nashors Tooth recipe

Nashors Tooths AP is buffed to 80 AP on PBE, but it sucks that you have to wait for 2180 Gold after to get the full 80 AP.

An was added to Morellos and Athens recipe too. There is no reason that Nashors Tooth don't get it. It is an 20% CDR item too. It is actually more important for Nashors Tooth because you have to wait for much more Gold after to finish it.

PBE changes:

Nashor's Tooth Combine cost increased to 930 Gold from 850 Gold. Total cost increased to 3000 Gold from 2920 Gold. Attack speed reduced to 40% from 50%. Ability power increased to 80 from 60.

Athene's Unholy Grail NEW RECIPE: Fiendish Codex + Chalice of Harmony + Amplifying Tome + 545 Gold = 2700 Gold. Total cost unchanged.

Morellonomicon NEW RECIPE: Fiendish Codex + Forbidden Idol + Amplifying Tome + 445 Gold = 2300 Gold. Total cost unchanged.
