[GAMEPLAY] Runaans Hurricane not working as intended

Runaans Hurricane's bolts can't target enemys outside of the attack range of your champion. It is supposed to be able to target enemys within 375 range of the primary target. So if this primary target is just in AA-range, the bolts should be able to target enemys outside of the attack range of the champion. This bug exists since Patch 5.22. I even reported the bug on PBE board before patch 5.22 but it was not fixed.

You can reproduce the bug by starting a game, select a ranged champion, buy Runaans Hurricane, then target a minion or monster outside of your AA-range. Your champion will walk into AA-range of your primary target, the primary target will be attacked, but if there are other targets within 375 range behind your primary target they will not be attacked.

Please fix this bug, I really want to use Runaans Hurricane, but this bug takes away 50% of its power.
