Miss Fortunes E base damage is nerfed from 310 to 220 damage on the PBE, while the AP ratio is unchanged. Even is she rushes Liandries Torment now she can't clear the ranged minions with her E. Please increase the AP ratio. Don't destroy this champion.
I'll follow up with the designer working on the MF changes and get back to you, see what his thoughts are on the current state of AP builds on her (not familiar enough with them myself). Can't make any promises, if AP MF's in a decent spot on live at present though might be appropriate to increase a ratio somewhere to avoid an unintentional nerf.

The salty AP Miss Fortune players are coming out strong with the downvotes today boyz. Straight up, AP Miss Fortune players who are so set on being "different" and "unique" are literally the worst. Plus AP MF isn't even fun. They're worse than the people who play cheesy shit like AD Malzahar or Devourer Ekko (especially in ranked) and you can bet that they'll downvote this comment too because they can't stand to see an opinion that's in opposition to their own skewed perspectives. It's sad, really.
