I'm serious. While the scuttle crab chance is innovative, forcing interaction between both junglers, we don't want any of our laners touching the damned crab. At this point, all lanes from all sides fight over the scuttle crab because it's a good source of gold, exp, and does no damage so they take no risk from a PvE standpoint. What Riot should've done was make scuttler only be able to be damaged by anyone with a jungle item.

If any ally takes our crab before late mid-game, I will assure you we will come to your lane and smite your cannon minion and take away your solo exp with interest.

Better yet, here we see another idea by RIOT to enable more toxicity in their game by creating this stupid mess in the first place. That is exactly what you will see in the coming days...Many reports initiating because of people arguing over the scuttle crab. Honestly, I believe that everyone at RIOT lives with their heads so far up their ass they can see out their mouths.

So how am i supposed to get vision for my team by clearing scuttle as a laner then? How should i contest the enemy jungler from getting it?

All your change would do is make jungle have this authority over a big amount of resources (honestly if you can't outsmite a laner, ur a trash jungler anyway) which would dumb down the role.

At low elo I've seen a lot of teams just walking by scutt, I always try to take it as a midlaner, especially now but that's usually with laning phase over as the vision/ms is too valuable. As a jg, I've been playing a weak early skirmisher, and I think I can overlook it if our team takes the crab, but I have a harder time dealing with adc taking camps just because they want the gold. Anyway, riots done fugged up the game and I just hope the meta shifts back to something playable soon.
