What's with all the new Eve's?

I used to play back in Beta, and had my favorite champ, Eve, gutted completely, cc removed, and left in the dumpster for over a year before the remake. When this happened, Riot was clear they'd never do it again and purposely nerf a champion to unplayability.

However, it seems right now there's quite a few champs that have been Eve'd for one reason or another with no indication of when they'll be fixed.

It might not be the same where you'll literally get perma-banned for playing these champs like you were for playing Eve back in the day, but they're still at a big disadvantage because of over nerfs and bugs in their kits.

Is anything being done?

eve is in a good position right now but has clear counters she is only of those champs where if you First pick her the enemy team can punish you super hard but as a last pick she can be devistating. Strong early game but requires extremely good positioning to close out long games with lots of cc

He's talking about all the champions that have been nerfed out of viability like Eve was in the past, not literally Eve herself

Azir Kalista Are different stories from beta eve, they're both very mechanically challenging meaning you're more likely to struggle learning these champions and picking them up properly. This is why they have a constant low winrate, however the issue is whenever somebody is good with them, there is literally 0 counter play, leading to nerfs and then a winrate that is almost unheard of for anything else. Then when they're too weak, they get buffed and a little tick for them is considered too much... there is no balancing these two and making them have a fair winrate without being broken.

Like there is no statistic for these that are ever positive, riot has no idea if they're low winrate cause they're weak, or just hard to play and they don't know what to do with them... its only when diamond+ elo talks about them riot knows whats wrong.

Mordekaiser Is a strange story, he's either too strong, to weak, just feels weird to morde mains who enjoy him pre-rework, he's not that big of a deal on paper as he is just generally just feeling weak when he's still somewhat balanced statistically.

Beta eve was just flat out broken is anybody's hands.

The most frustrating thing is that even when she had the stun, people -still- thought she was awful for years. I mained her in season 1 before she took off and became a problem and was perma'd on that account just from accruing so many reports for playing her. This was before the stun removal.

Back in beta she was never considered broken.
