Annoying ass champ that plays itself. It's not even a champion. Legit an autopilot, split pushing tool that makes it IMPOSSIBLE to lane against. Why is this guy still a thing? I can handle trynd. At least you can play around it. But how the fuck do you play around a heimer?

Hell he even got indirectly nerfed by the old change to banner of command and even the new change. The banner used to boost turret damage by 15% and it had an AP ratio. Its an item that was made for the donger. Sadly people who die to a donger, people who int... like you for example, Cried about him. So He's actually weaker now than he was 4 years ago. Tbh
And yes i called anyone that dies to a Donger inting. Because you really are suciding yourself, and blaming doc long dong for it. That is his champion core design to punish bad players by damaging them when they make mistakes. No mistakes = no damage which in turn = you didnt die.
Im not jokeing if you just play safe and trade the proper correct way, a donger can never beat nor kill you. He's not a champion like Dyras that can 100 to 0 by going all in, he has to wait for you to over exstend. this is why you do not see a long dong in the lcs just abunch of lil weiners... pardon the pun

He shoves up to my turret and unless I have insane wave clear to 1 shot his turrets, I'm a sitting duck until he takes my tower. And lets not forget the fact that he takes next to no mana to put down a turret. To top it off, you also neglect the fact that he has poke damage and still does a shitton of damage while building a zzrot FIRST item.
You're calling me bad and an inter because I'm "outplaying" myself when I'm doing JUST as you say and playing it safe when this guy has mini fucking turrets around him. If he's setting them up properly, there is no "mistakes" just abuse. I don't have to walk up to this guy to take damage. He starts his empire at lvl 1 and inches ever so slightly, inch by inch towards my turrets as there's no longer anything I can do to stop it. The guy is annoying and braindead.
Imagine if Teemo's shrooms attacked you if you walked close to it...
TheFallenShaw1 votesThe turrets he lays down do not autotarget champions anymore. Thus you can abuse the same mechanic you use to poke champions under the main turrets. Hit and step out before the turret fires on u. There is a small window but its there.
Also the item 
Shuts dongers down by reducing all their damage by 20% and giving you MR and HP to reduce it further. Like I said he's easy to beat its just you need more game knowledge.
Also you prob need champion knowedge on Donger himself. If you had played him and learned his weaknesses you would know he can only put out about 7 or 8 turrets early. 3 at the start free, and the rest will be based on his cd of his Q. Thus if you take them out one by one only getting in range to hit and retreat without being in range of the other 2 then you take out his sustained damage. By the time the 7th or 8th turret comes out, Donger will be being pushed back in lane from the minon wave alone. As he by himself with no turrets, clears waves slower than shaco in lane.
I suggest to beat donger start these Items
on your first back get these
If your still behind after that.... well the donger isn't the problem... I'd suggest going to bots. Bc 2 things counter AP damage which is all he has. thats HP and MR... You just got HP and MR and are on the way to your Adptive Helm. The doron shield early actually heals more damage than a turret shot does from his turrets plus boost your hp and hp regen along with giving u 5 damage vs minions. So theres no excuse to lose lane.

Litterly i can not think of one single champion he's a full counter to. Even mundo can Q toss at the things. Not trying to be mean just its brain dead simple how to beat him. Its why there are 0 master or challenger Donger mains. He doesn't really have away to beat you. You can only beat yourself which is how he wins everytime he wins. Donger even by the donger mains is said tobe a bad champion. He's fun but overall bad because of his design of the enemy beating himself.

TS Media1 votesEnlighten me and enlighten me on how to play around him with said champs. I'll tell you one this, my champ pool doesn't do well vs him. Ahri is a sitting duck vs a good heimer because she doesn't have the early game dmg to do anything to him. After 6, he counters the hell out of your all in. TF I find works pretty well vs him after he starts scaling up. I struggle in the Cass matchup vs him. Zed... well, lol. Good luck. If I can magically make it to my duskblade before he gets zhonyas, I'm cleared for take off. If not, lol.
That's my mid game champ pool there. If you can tell me how to play those champs into him, I'll gladly take you up on that offer. I'd learn Syndra, but I despise the champ.
