Can someone please tell me what to do when I get a trash team in ranked. Im not saying I'm the best or that I don't make mistakes but wtf am I suppose to do when I get a game where I get a top laner that goes 2/10, a jungler that never helps and a bot lane that still manages to lose even after I do rotations and help them get kills?

Play another game.
Even if you are skilled enough to be ranked at a higher skill level, it is extremely difficult, if not impossible to be expected to solo carry every game.
If that would be possible, this would not be a very good TEAM GAME, or the ranking system severely screwed up when determining your initial placement.
If you truly deserve to climb rank, consistent play will cause your skill to influence the balance of the game in your favor, meaning you are statistically more likely to win more matches and gain LP.
Nearly every YouTuber asked how to climb will almost always insist that keeping a level head and learning not to tilt is the best way to continue to move up.
You WILL lose matches.
Stay calm, leave the loss in the past, and cue up.
Play Top Play some shitt like Singed, Trynd, Jaxerino, Garen, basically a split pusher and stay top pushing

Or play like Pantheon and roam a lot with your ULTs
Don't be trash yourself and steadily grow.
Or be great and quickly climb.
These people telling you about your consistent play evening out the matches are FULL OF SHIT!
Someone posted the actual math with all the variables considered and it does even out but that's like 100s of thousands of games later.

Just focus on you in every game you play. If your team is shit then your team is shit and you'll just have to take the defeat. You're not the only one with this problem, y'know. I've had games where my team makes me want to rip my hair out, but I don't focus on what they do bc it's wasted energy. They're gonna continue what they do bc they think it's right. I take those type of games as time to learn on what I can do to improve my play bc the next game where I may be put on a team who will dominate I don't want to be the one that they carry.

But, I don't see why you think you need to. It seems like the matchmaking is working just fine.
A 50% win rate still climbs because if you keep 50% your LP gains will be higher than your losses. Even at diamond+ everyone has maybe a 55% win rate. You just have to win the right ones.
