There is too much reward on the bot side

The problem is that bot side of the map gives TOO MUCH in comparison to mid and top with TFB and Drake. This makes bot so much more desirable. So what can be done?

Idea 1: Only make top lane have Tower first blood. This is just to give incentive to gank top lane more than bot lane. might be unhealthy and it might not do a thing.

Idea 2: Switch drake and Herald positions while reverting the herald changes (several few minute buffs rather than 1 big buff). I think Drake is a major culprit in why bot is so desirable to gank and by doing a switch, you encourage attacking topside more. Also what's better than a botlane for 2 manning a herald? By reverting the changes too (to herald) both duo laners can contest it

Idea 3: Change Herald completely. Make it desirable to contest which it isn't at the moment.

It is VERY desirable currently. If you kill the Herald and acquire its buff, you acquire a noticeable damage increase. The problem currently is not that the topside is weak, it is that the bottom lane is susceptible to ganks more often. Marksman is not in a good position right now. Dive heavy champions and assassins are dominating currently. This leads to more ganks towards the bottom side of the map which just so happens to be where dragon is. If they change where dragon is located, it would be taken more often by teams because there isn't such a large pressence in the bottom lane anymore. If they put dragon to the top side of the map, bottom lane and top lane would switch entirely.
