I feel like there should be an extra punishment for those who dodge in all random gamemodes
it gets annoying to see people dodging because they didn't get what they want :I

Sure it's annoying, but an EXTRA penalty??? No, that's silly. Should be same punishment as usual. The Queue times in those modes are typically very short so it's not hard to just jump in another, while the dodger gets their dodge timer or whatever (depending on # of offenses).
