His passive is a movement speed boost. His E is a dash + a blink. His R is a blink.

I'm happy to see some mobility added to the game, since only 14 out of 15 champions released since 2013 have any form of mobility.

Pd: Add some mobility to Vel'Koz plz, he feels alone and marginated.

shrug Ekkos mobility makes sense according to his design (AP bruiser/Sustain damage assassin).
