How about a blacklisting feature?

I just finished a match where our mid had a summoner level of 30. The bad part? The player said that they don't know what it means to call an mia. After the rest of us paid the price, we got called out because we apparently sucked. I want a blacklisting feature added because when I meet a player like this, I never want to be on their team again. With the tribunal being down (for about 18 consecutive months now) reports aren't doing anything. If the tribunal doesn't do anything, can we at least have certainty that we never see certain toxic players again?

They cant do stuff like this because of high elo. The players could literately "perma ban" Champions and players which would screw up the Queues for them. It seems like it could work in lower elo though.

I voted 4 just so I could see the results.

they could set it up to your rank so when you move up the ranks you will change blacklist as well and only keep track of the last 3 ranks and only work up to gold. And it only works for players not champions. I think that this could help the lowers ranks.
