you shouldn't be able to have your ult land before your q and still have the ult refresh. its one thing to predict the q landing and hit at basically the same time, but all too often i see the ult hit and then the q hit like a quarter second later but the ult still refreshes. please do change it

this change was intentional, if diana's q was required to have fully hit before the ult refresh then her combo would be too slow, the q itself already moves slow, the combo doesn't need to be slower, she's an assassin.
