2 Changes to Zed so that he is not so Obnoxious

First of all revert the ult nerf because .5 seconds is literally nothing, not even enough time to get in range and actually punish him before he blinks around like crazy. If anything make it scale down 1 second delay at 6. .75 second delay at 11 which would still make him strong mid game but actually punishable and then .5 second delay at max rank.

And secondly make his passive not apply to minions. He has already been discussed about by Riot and they say he shouldn't have good and safe wave clear for being an Assassin. So at least make his laning phase not a piece of cake by actually making the Zed try to last hit instead of executing them all under 50% hp.

Obnoxious doesn't mean overpowered, he's actually pretty weak in the current meta and as far as I can remember, hasn't been picked in pro play in a long time (At least in EU and NA)

He is not weak at all. And not played in pros because of things such as Azir, Lulu, Fizz being able to counter him hard.

1: Zed isn't countered by Azir, Zed counters azir 2: Fizz isn't played AP mid in the LCS ever. 3: Lulu isn't played mid anymore. In the LCS either :/

This would gut him. What else is he going to use his passive on, champions? No one who is remotely competent at midlane (especially a mage) is going to let him casually walk up to them and auto attack them every ten seconds.
