combat timer on flash
EDIT: Because my first statement was too confusing i wanted to clarify. I want, ideally, to have flash to have a combat timer, it cannot be used for 3 seconds after taking damage from an enemy champion, in addition to having a normal timer.
I was wondering if putting flash on a short cool down when you're hit by an enemy champion would fix flash. I would like to quickly state that just because everyone can use flash doesn't mean that its balanced. The fact that in a typical game there are 9 or more people with flash as a summoner spell is an indication that it is broken.
Now if flash did have a combat timer than it wouldn't kill it as an initiation spell or a safety spell. It would only kill it as a "get out of jail free" spell for those people who have poor placement or awareness.
Please, I would like to have a conversation with you all not just people saying, "So stupid. Flash is fine f***ing scrub" or something along those lines.
for example. How are you suppose to survive a Jarvan gank knockup without a flash.
