is now the time to bring old sivir back?

I've been playing this game for too long and i remember that sivir used to have a toggle for her w ability rather than a auto attack reset. is there any way that we can get this back?

if it was too good why was she soo underplayed? the new sivir is played more than the old one by a rather large margin

well with kalistas massive mobility, vaynes true percentage health damage, tristanas massive attack speed boost, ect it would be nice if there was something that would give sivir a very unique play style compared to other ranged champions, that being said i think that t would be amazing to see her as a short range "marksman" with the ability to hit all enemies at the same time, of course with the tapering damage on each bounce.

ADC items are better now than they used to be. The game is being balanced, and has been balanced over the plast 2 seasons, to favor ranged AD champions. This allows champs like sivir, who used to be underplayed, to see the light of day and also be very effective. The old sivir with today's items would be a very very large problem for the balance team.

Also for some reason people didn't see Sivir as an "ADC" kind of like how people don't see Quinn or Urgot as ADCs today (clearly they are). Sivir was my first ADC, and i'm glad she was.
