"New Elder Drag and Baron Changes make the game snowballier than ever!!!"

I've been seeing alot of people say that these new changes make the game alot more "snowballier" and that the lead a team already has is even more insurmountable but I disagree with Elder spawning at 35 minutes and the changes not happening until the 2nd one which is around 45 minutes it doesn't really affect snowball if you are still in the other teams ass at 45 minutes I think you deserve to lose. Yeah sure Baron spawns 20 but no one is taking baron at 20 unless the other team just lets them and again most of the Baron buffs are in effect later in the game after the "snowball" but I'm open to discussion(the main reason for making this post actually)
