last time i checked he was 53% win rate with 10% pick rate ( highest top lane champ pick rate )

Ehh, don't listen to them. -waves hand- People complain to me all the time about only playing Lux support. They don't complain anymore once they see you're the one carrying the game ;).
I imagine it depends on the elo. I am gold 1 and though I know he is good top right now I would trust someone in my elo to be good with him.
