She has horrifyingly long range, decent damage, INSANE cc (her Q alone is an absolute ridiculous amount of cc, mostly because it cannot be dodged with it's massive hitbox/velocity) and a shield.
She is by no means weak. Please, don't buff this champion.
Her Q isn't that hard to dodge, even at short range. Unless you're playing a fat champion, which it is hard to dodge with.
Overall it's not really a big buff, it's just making her Q more reliable and player friendly.
she is fine i don't see why she need buff. she just is not played a lot for what reason. but buff her and she might see on game in lcs and the all the QQ lux threads will come xd
