Let's celebrate all successes the Riot balance team has had recently
These boards are pretty overwhelmingly negative -- I just wanted to say thanks to the balance team and keep up the good work! It's a rough job balancing such a complex game that is changing so frequently, and I for one am happy with the state the game is in.
Let's just take a moment to celebrate some recent successes!
Marksmen itemization changes & crit item nerfs
This has shaken up the meta a ton, brought a huge number of champs into bot lane (both as carry & support) that were previously unviable. Plus, marksmen are still viable, just not as necessary in every game. I love the variety! Thanks for doing this!
rework
There's been a lot of flak about this rework, but I think it was successful. Pre-rework he was just a weird version of Jax. Post-rework he has a pretty distinct identity and a much more interesting playstyle.
this champion is super fun and interesting and fills a niche in the support role that was totally unsatisfied before. Great job!
removal of evo R invisibility in bushes
This was an unhealthy game mechanic and while it was fun for a while, I'm glad they removed it!

reverts
It takes a LOT of guts to go back on something you worked so hard on, and while I didn't necessarily agree that these reverts needed to happen, it's cool that Riot is in sync enough with their player base to be willing to do this!
Mage mana & item changes
These have added depth to the game around mage itemization & mana management, and I'm glad they happened!
