Can reworked Warwick not have mana?

is supposed to be the infinite-sustain tank that feeds off his enemies, except he can't sustain infinitely because he runs out of mana. In lane currently he would be able to trade and get poked down but can then heal back up because of his Q, except that his Q takes so much mana that he gets oom really fast and has to back anyway.

Most other sustain-centered champs don't have mana: and sometimes . Of course there is the counter-example of , but his passive allows for a heck-ton of mana regen anyway.

Plus, not having mana would make him more beginner-friendly! [slayer-jinx-wink]
