i think he means that he cant get be withought spending hours on the game and i feel he right since in the old system you would still get ip if you where on a loss streak and since the champion capsules can litterally give you a low be costing champion 9 levels in a row if you are unlucky you wont get a high costing champ such as pyke in weeks

You still get more BE for losing than you got IP. Also, AI gives fwotd.
