Mordekaiser shield on health bar

The change to add Mordekaiser's shield to his health bar feels redundant. Now we have 2 shield bars for the same shield and it makes it harder for Morde to see how much health he has without looking down at the HUD. This is problematic because Mordekaiser's abilities cost health although it seems to be less of a factor as the game goes on due to health costs not scaling into late game.
