Sona's ult is so powerful the rest of her kit has to be less than half a champion to compensate...

No, it's that Sona's entire kit is so versatile she has to be massively undertuned to keep her from being the best at everything

Ye, potential 1092 base+2.2 ap ratio on a 65 mana spell=weak.

Since you used level 18 bases, that damage does cost /not/ 65 mana; Staccato costs 230 mana at level 18 if you want to use it fast.

At level 1 it costs 135 mana and is on a 24 second cooldown.

Thresh

So she has to be underwhelming at everything but poke?

I wish it was just about her ult, that would be manageable compared to her entire kit which is what they think is problematic.

Annie may stun more frequently. But aside from that her utility comes no where near that of sona. Giving allies a pseudo sheen proc, heals and shields and enemy damage debuffs, ally movement speed and enemy slows, and her ulti stun :D Then you have the fact that building straight ap increases every one of these utilities, plus her damage is ridiculous. Totally less than half of a champion :P She has so much utility you could break her into two champions.

Annie can literally use any of her offensive skills and it's better than sona's ult. How is that legitimately fair?
