Was just in a game where I, at no point, benefitted from my W passive. It always read zero, and I never gained any HP after killing minions, jungle mobs, or even enemy champions.
Pretty much lost me the game, as I had to build HP just to stay alive.

Look at my total health, my level, and my items. I should have over 200 more HP than I do. I sat around farming while watching my HP just to make sure it wasn't a glitch on the tooltip, and can assure you I wasn't getting any bonus health.
