Forgive my mediocre bug exposing skills. I don't have a recording of it, but in the practice tool I found it to be easily repeatable. When Jhin ults he's only supposed to be able to fire in the cone that appears, but if he tries to fire outside of the cone - directly to the left or right of the direction he's facing for instance - immediately as he's able to shoot then it'll go off.
