It's like if one champ gets one kill, they have full permission to rollover the enemy team. Even if the other lanes are winning you lose because of one champion.

Well are we talking one kill? Cuz that doens't do anything. Even with first blood that's not too much gold. If you're talking a kill then denying your laner like 3 waves of cs under turret and then taking utrret, yeah thatll do it.
