As of right now, his Q causes him to fly straight up, and then fall horizontally to his target location.
This makes his Q too easy to cancel entirely.
I would have Aatrox quickly fly to his target location in the first stage of the Q, and then fall straight down.

A mana ratio on his shield and a fear on his ult was enough to make a legit pick (though he still has some issues).
needs a few mechanics tweaks here, a couple new ratios there, and he could be a pretty good champion.
