Lower Priority Que's for Preferences

I was thinking about the way that you can select certain preferences before actually getting into a match. People can select to intentionally play a role, and be adamant enough about it to wait another 4 to 5min. Why would someone want to wait 1min to get into a game ending in /ff at 20min, than wait another 4 mins for a game that you win before 20min? It's a matter a preference.

So what am I on about?

Nobody seems happy about having any one set option. Premades, the size of premades, which role they are allowed to choose. So... what I'm proposing is a simple filter.

Why a filter? It can still be dynamic que, and be true to the name. This can create a dynamic set-up to allow players to almost create the dream game.

What kinds of filter would be allowed? Nothing based on rank, win rate, or MMR.

Main Lane Filter - Sub Lane Filter (Select Same Lane Twice to Enforce)

Pre-made Allowed? Yes or no. Maximum Pre-made Size? 2-4 only (doesn't include lobby owners). Applies to lobby, potential teammates and enemies.

This would help players get back into the "SoloQ" feeling, if they want to wait long enough to get into the right game, in their desired role. What this would also do is match pre-mades against pre-mades mostly, and players who are okay with being part of a group and fill.

Futurecast of 10min waiting times for 1 game. That's definetly possible. If you're the person who's absolutely got to have everything perfect, is 10 minutes worth it to you? All other players with the fill mentality will see their que times drop to within 10 seconds with the high demand for their presence.

I understand that 10min que times are somewhat unjustifiable and people will complain, even when they can somewhat soloq into their desired lane against opponents with the very same mentality. But what is it worth? If there is enough people who want SoloQ back, there will be lower que times, and if the global community is like the boards, it may be the opposite for Pre-Mades.

So, to give you my final viewpoint, I enjoyed Team Builder. I got to play the perfect game every time that I always wanted, and I enjoyed myself. Rarely if every did I get a bad Team Builder game. Yes, I had to wait on average 6min in a que, but my games were always better. For anybody that used team builder, you know the que times, but it allowed you the champion you wanted in the role you wanted, and to pick your teammates. Sad enough to say that it's gone, but we merge the idea of Dynamic Que and Team Builder together and create the forementioned.

Allow the second lane option to be the first option again to prioritize only one roll, and Allow a filter for premades.

2 simple changes that I believe would have less than substantial impact on the games themselves, but more so on the enjoyment of each game.

I have NO idea what world you live in where you think that 1-minute ques are a thing. We already have ten minute queues, and...to be honest, I don't understand anything you said here. How is the Low-Q involved? What's a Lane Filter?

I have 1 min ques.

When I say Main Lane Filter, I mean the query is for the player to select their main lane, and the results to bring back only that.

Low-Q means you specifically allow yourself to be in specialized waiting room for a specific role and maximum amount of premade players.

What this should do is cut down on MM trying to do Tetris with premades and solos where the win-rate and MMR ratios are so messed up because of how it's forced to complete lobbies.

In other words, solos can be with other solos if they want to. Premades can only be matched with other premades and solos.
