Monsters should be immune to movement impairment in the first 5 minutes of the game

I can't really say it's the end of the world if you get robbed of a buff at the start, like in earlier seasons, because the jungle is much more risky and slower-paced than before, and level 2-3 ganks don't happen that much anymore unless there is a clear kill opportunity for the jungler.

Just don't die and try to economize your ganking/farming patterns more, and you should come back.
