In short, he is not ever going to be unbanned.

Seeing there are Pro Players/Youtube content creators/Other LoL streamers with similar type toxicity bans and upheld or indefinite review for Pro Players chances are that he is not going to get unbanned for the reason of 'people want to see his stream' as there's no distinction in the rules for that.

After the 4th video in I kinda stopped due to that players general attitude and personality. Toxic as FUCK! That is why I believe, I heard about him and decided to look that player up using google and that was the first result.

Agreed, although he from what I could tell was on a whole other level of toxicity that he is NEVER allowed to play League of Legends again from what I understand.

I don't know why anyone with any sort of IQ would think that someone as disgusting a human being as XJ9 should be unbanned. You're the one that made this thread in the first place. If people don't browse the forums, what the hell is the purpose of it?
