Smite's damage isn't hovering over the ability bar if you purchase any smite item

Smite's damage is currently only hovering over the ability bar in it's natural state which is where i assume it's supposed to be now (no stalker's blade, poacher's knife, skirmisher's sabre)

whenever you purchase one of the items listed above EXCLUDING ranger's trailblazer, (this one works fine), the new smite icon hovers over the item bar.

i don't think i need to provide pictures as it's pretty self explanatory.
