Can we fix snowballing?

It's kinda crazy how giving 1 or 2 kills away early on cause you to get dove under tier 2 tower by the 6 min mark by a solo with a . Might as well give me a minions skin after that cause im basically farm for the enemy player. Im not even able to farm under tower let alone stay in my lane. To break it down a little more, by 3 min he had 300 gold on me, by 6 it went up to 1k and by the 10 min mark he had about 2k on me. How do you play agaist that??? (Easy! Don't die early on pleb)

Anyways im more in tune to hearing the boards thoughts on snowballing in its current state.
