Any chance we will see new items or changes on items that will allow adc's to deal more damage to tanky champs at a late game point? I dont feel like the LW items and 
do much 30+ min into a game when a armored tank has 3k+ hp and 250+ armor. Maybe more % current health damage or something of the sort?

I dunno if you watch any high elo games, but once an ADC gets 
tanks melt. With a standard 
build they evaporate tanks.
removes 45% of bonus armor. That is about 80-120 armor gone depending on the tank.
+7% from battering blows, removing another 15-20 armor (depends on what order it is applied in).
+16.47 flat at 18 if you use lethality marks.
another 20 flat at 18, if this fits in your build.
250 armor just got reduced by around 150.
can you buff tanks first. i don't like adcs being able to ignore half my armor with one item.
