Ezreal and the Gauntlet nerf

Any thoughts on this? Is Triforce Ezreal gonna make a comeback? Because frankly blue Ezreal barely did enough damage for an ADC already. I won't complain because I know blue Ezreal is annoying, but I'm afraid of this killing Ez completely. Or maybe they'll just all start building Lich Bane and going mid again?

He might not have done a lot of damage for an adc, but he kites WAY too damn well
