Ahri's Charm Icon

Did Ahri's Charm icon change? I noticed when I player her today, I no longer see a <3 icon next to a players name, and for awhile, I couldn't even tell if I had charmed them. I assumed I missed, and in doing so, missed additional opportunities to damage the enemy. Then I realized there is some sort of firey icon instead? Must be a general icon for inability to act? I dunno

Why was it changed? A Heart Icon and Charm go hand in hand.

Plus, red is the first color people see, AND additionally, shades of red, or redish hues (such as pink) are easily distinguishable by the human eye. I want my charm icon back :(
