Riot you don't seem to understand why morgana is an annoyingly strong support

When people bitch about morgana they don't say "this early game damage on tormented soil is so broken" people complain about her Q doing a ton of damage on top of holding you in place for so long you get hit by the leave buster let me put this into perspective so people understand i know what im talking about none of you will read it and i'll just get down voted to oblivion but better to try and fail...

I use to be a stickler for the Mr Piccolo method where all you have to do is "DOOOODGE" but look at the ability for a second Her Q at the strongest point....mid-late game or Level 9+ the BASE DAMAGE is 300 and unless they changed it when i wasn't looking it still has 90% scaling....wouldn't be a huge problem except at the start of season 4 riot made changes which made real supports (utility) worthless and replaced them with second mid laners and tanks which means despite being in support role morgana is gonna get MAYBE 2 support items (the starting item and ) so if you get hit by it late game its going to hurt....A LOT...

level 9 its mana cost is 90 at a point when morgana has around 700+ mana and quite a bit of mana regen thats not gonna hurt her

at level 9 the cooldown is 11 seconds seems reasonable...until she builds cdr if she has specific masteries she STARTS with 10% if she gets any of these three items she would have between 35-40% which would drop the cooldown to 7.15 or 6.6 seconds that means you have to dodge death every 6 seconds and since I know you people will say bullshit like "just attack her while its down" hahaha black shield....and to make it even better her Q range is 1175 so getting to her in 6 seconds is rather hard while she is far out of your range.

and the BIGGEST reason why her Q is the biggest problem is at level 9 her q lasts 3 seconds after it hits.... in a game like this where champions can destroy you in less then 1 second leaving you wondering what happened 3 seconds is an EXTREMELY long time if its end game and everyone is level 18 she will most likely have 40% cooldown and 1300+ mana if you get hit by ONE it could easily be the entire game all because you weren't Neo and couldn't dodge everything
