It Was Stupid To Let A Champion Break The Attack Speed Cap

Well Riot, you've changed (nerfed) Kog a lot, but he's still toxic. It couldn't possibly be the completely obvious ability to double his attack speed cap that makes him broken, it just couldn't be.

I mean, it almost like limits exist for a reason.

Here's an idea for the MYMU, how about we let Karthus double his CDR cap, that would surely make for some interesting gameplay and not cause any balance problems at all /s
