Can we please talk about Kai'sa

Kaisa is absolutely way too strong right now. I dont even have to explain why its op for her to build only defensive items and still one shot. I am just very angry with the state of balancing around skins. We joke about this but its actually true, riot will only nerf/buff according to what champion sells more skins. Can we just do something about her already? Its hard enough having to deal with her bot lane let alone when she comes to a solo lane to abuse melees...Like come on guys please be better than this and actually hit her with a nerf so more people enjoy your video game.
